The two placements that pay

The window sign does the commercial work: it tells a passer-by what you serve before they read a single menu item, and it keeps working after dark when a printed board disappears. The dining-room wall does the marketing work: it is the background of every photo your customers post. Most of our restaurant clients end up with both, and the second one is usually the one that surprises them.

Heat, grease and humidity

A neon sign belongs in the dining room, not over a fryer. LED flex runs cool and is silicone-sleeved, so it wipes clean with a damp cloth, but a spot in the direct path of cooking grease will need cleaning often. For a terrace, a food truck or anything exposed to weather, the Waterproof IP67 option (+25%) is not optional.

Which color in front of food

Warm white and amber flatter almost everything on a plate. Red and pink are excellent for street visibility and for desserts, less so above a main course. Avoid strong green and blue near the pass — they make food look grey. Brightness is remote-adjustable on every model.
