Return Period: Customers have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to return a product purchased on the Lumicorne website.

Product Condition: To be eligible for return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and accompanied by its original packaging.

Required Documentation: A copy of the invoice, delivery note, or order confirmation must be included in the return package.
2. Return Procedure

Return Request: To initiate a return, contact our customer service to obtain a return authorization (RMA) number.

Product Packaging: Be sure to package the product carefully with all accessories, manuals, and documentation provided.

Return Label: A return label will be sent to you following generation of the RMA. Apply this label to your package.

Return Shipping: The package must be sent to the address provided by our customer service.

Confirmation of Receipt: You will receive a confirmation email once we have received and inspected the returned package.
3. Refund Policy

Processing Time: Refunds are issued within 7 business days of receipt of the returned product.

Reimbursement Method: The refund will be made via the same payment method used during the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
