At Lumicorne, we are committed to offering quality lighting products and ensuring customer satisfaction. This policy specifies the conditions under which a return and refund may be granted, in compliance with consumer legal rights.

This policy complements the General Terms and Conditions of Sale accessible on the website. In case of contradiction, the GTC prevail.

  1. Right of withdrawal In accordance with articles L.221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the consumer customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to inform Lumicorne of their decision to withdraw, without having to give any reason or pay any penalty.

This period starts from the day after the consumer receives the goods.

Two distinct periods apply:

  • The customer has 14 days after receiving the product to notify their decision to withdraw.
  • Once this decision is notified, the customer has a further 14 days to return the product. This second period starts from the date on which they communicated their decision.
