How much does a custom sign cost?
The price depends on the size, colors, and complexity of the design. Néon Express starts at 249€ for a simple logo. Custom designs range from 350€ to 2500€ depending on the project. Request your free quote for an exact price within 24 hours.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes, 3-interest-free payment with Klarna available from 35€. Visa, Mastercard and Paypal accepted.
What logo formats do you accept?
JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, SVG, EPS, HEIC, PSD. If you don't have a logo, describe your project in a few words and Pablo will transcribe it into a photorealistic 3D mock-up.
What is the actual lifespan?
100,000 hours, or more than 34 years at 8 hours per day. No replacement needed, high-density EcoLED Flex technology.
What is the actual delivery time?
10 to 15 business days from the mock-up validation. Custom production in a CE-certified partner factory then secure delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, in 30 countries including Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Universal adapter included, compatible with all outlets.
What if the sign arrives broken?
Special reinforced fragile packaging, secure delivery with tracking. In case of breakage during transport, we replace it free of charge within 10-15 days. No advance payment from your side.
Can I track my order?
Yes, real-time tracking via the Track My Order page. You also receive email notifications at each stage.
How do I install my sign?
Quick-fix kit included with installation guide. Installation in under an hour, no special tools required. Plugs into a standard outlet.
How much energy does a sign use?
Between 10 and 25W depending on the size, which is equivalent to a domestic LED bulb. 84% less than a traditional gas neon. Energy class A++.
Can my logo be used outdoors?
Yes, outdoor option available (+10%) with IP67 protection against humidity and bad weather. Ideal for terraces, storefronts and outdoor events.
Does the sign make noise?
No, 100% silent. Unlike neon gas, there is no buzzing. Ideal for studios, offices, restaurants, and bedrooms.
What does the 2-year warranty cover?
Parts, labor, and LEDs covered. In the event of a manufacturing defect, replacement or repair covered. No charge.
Can I return my sign?
As signs are custom-made and personalized products, they are not eligible for the right of withdrawal (Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code). This is why we offer a 3D mock-up for approval before production.
What if I don't like the design?
Unlimited modifications until you validate the final design. Pablo will rework until it's perfect. No commitment until validation.
Does the sign comply with CE standards?
Yes, manufactured in a CE-certified partner factory with systematic quality control before shipment. European conformity guaranteed.
