Delivery delay

As our products are custom-made and handmade, delivery times vary depending on the nature of your order:

  • Personalized neon lights: Between 8 and 15 working days.
  • Fast Delivery: Between 1 and 2 weeks.
  • Standard Delivery: Between 2 and 4 weeks.

Please note that these lead times may be affected by a high volume of orders or by production constraints specific to our artisanal methods.

Shipping cost

  • Standard Delivery: Free.
  • Fast Delivery Option: A supplement of €9.99 is applied to prioritize the manufacturing and shipping of your neon.

International Delivery

Lumicorne is proud to offer international delivery of its products. Specific conditions and deadlines may vary depending on destination.

Delivery schedules

  • Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m.
  • No deliveries are made on Sundays or on national holidays.

Tracking control

A tracking number will be provided to you by email as soon as your order is shipped, allowing you to follow the delivery status in real time.
