📦 Delivery and Shipping

Personalized Neon : Between 8 and 15 days.

Fast Delivery : Between 1 to 2 weeks

Standard Delivery : Between 2 and 4 weeks

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. You will be able to track your package in real time.

Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. No deliveries will be made on Sundays and public holidays.

  1. Orders < €50 : Delivery costs.
  2. Orders > €50 : Free delivery.

🛠 Installation and Use

We can add a dimmer on request for our standard neon lights.

For a personalized creation, we add a remote control to each order to be able to play with the intensity, or the different lighting modes.

No, all of our products are generally easy to install and come with a fixing kit.

Yes, we strive to create products that are as energy efficient as possible without compromising lighting quality.

The lifespan of our LEDs is typically 25,000 hours or more.

We accept credit cards and some local payment methods.

🔄 Returns and Refunds

🔄 Return Policy

  1. Return Period : You can return any product purchased on our site within 14 days of the delivery date.
  2. Product Condition : Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
  3. Documentation : Please include a copy of the invoice, delivery note or order confirmation in the return package.

🔁 Return Procedure

  1. Initiate a Return : Contact our customer service to obtain a return authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Packaging : Carefully package the product including all accessories, manuals and documentation.
  3. Return Label : A return label will be provided to you once the RMA is generated. Stick this label on the package.
  4. Shipping : Send the package to the address provided by our customer service.
  5. Confirmation : Once the package is received and inspected, a confirmation email will be sent to you.

Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned product.

The refund will be made by the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
