Yes! We offer a range of outdoor commercial signs specifically designed to withstand the elements (rain, humidity, UV rays). These models use IP65 waterproof components. Please specify this when requesting a quote, and we will guide you toward the appropriate solution.

Our signs are entirely custom-made—there are no standard sizes. We work from your desired dimensions. To give you an idea, we create pieces ranging from small decorative signs (30 cm) to large commercial signs (several meters). Simply tell us the available space.

For optimal quality, we recommend vector formats: AI, EPS, SVG, or vector PDF . If you only have high-resolution PNG or JPG files (minimum 300 dpi), they are often usable. If you are unsure, send them to us and we will confirm their compatibility.

Once the quote is approved and payment is received, the production time is generally 7 to 14 business days . For urgent projects, please contact us directly to see what we can do.

We primarily deliver to mainland France and the French overseas departments and territories. For other destinations, please contact us directly and we will assess the feasibility and associated costs together.

No! Each sign comes ready to install with its power supply and mounting hardware. Simply attach it to the wall (using the integrated mounting points or the holes in the panel) and plug it into a standard outlet. An illustrated installation guide is included with every order.

Our LED signs are very energy efficient. As a guide, a medium-sized sign (60–80 cm) consumes between 15 and 40 W depending on its complexity, which is equivalent to a low-energy light bulb. The exact energy consumption is specified in the technical data sheet included with each order.

All our signs are guaranteed for 2 years against manufacturing defects. In case of a problem, contact our customer service department with a photo or video of the defect and we will find the best solution (replacement, repair or refund).

In the (rare) event of a damaged package upon receipt: 1) Take photos of the package and the sign before fully unpacking, 2) Note the damage on the delivery slip, 3) Contact us within 48 hours with the photos. We will cover the entire cost of replacement.
