Can all logos be converted?
Most logos can be converted. Some may require adjustments to be compatible. Share your logo with us and we'll help you move forward.
What colors are available?
Our designer will choose colors based on your uploaded logo and what best suits the overall look. You'll see these colors reflected in your quote design. Want a different color? Just let us know! We offer 12 different colors of LED neon: White, Warm White, Pink, Light Pink, Blue, Ice Blue, Turquoise, Green, Red, Orange, Yellow and Purple. Want all the colors? Choose our RGB option, which lets you adjust the color using the included remote control and dimmer. This option is available for an additional 25%.
Can my logo be used outdoors?
Our standard signs are designed for indoor use. For outdoor use, we offer weather-resistant options at an additional cost.
I don't have a logo, can I still request a quote?
Yes, it's possible! To create a neon design, we just need a sketch or a clear description of what you have in mind (you can upload your sketch as a photo). If you don't yet have a concrete idea, contact us, and we'll be happy to brainstorm with you and bring your idea to life.
What is the production time?
The lead time is 10 to 15 business days from order placement to delivery. Need your neon light faster? Contact us during the ordering process, and we will explore expedited delivery options.
How do I install my sign?
Each neon sign comes with all necessary hardware and clear instructions. Installation is quick and simple, allowing you to enjoy your sign in no time.

What if I don't want to or can't drill through my wall?
No problem! We offer several alternatives: Ceiling mounting: Upon request, we can provide a free cable suspension system. Surface placement: You can simply place your neon sign on a shelf or table. We also offer an optional freestanding frame. Double-sided adhesive tape: In some cases, you can use ultra-strong 3M double-sided tape, provided the surface is smooth and suitable. How do I use my remote control and dimmer switch?
Your neon sign comes with a remote control and a dimmer, allowing you to easily adjust the brightness and lighting effects. Standard Neon (1 color): Simply turn the light on or off and adjust the light intensity. RGB Option: Choose a fixed color or let the colors cycle smoothly. This way, you'll always have the perfect ambiance at your fingertips!
Is my sign guaranteed?
We offer a 2-year warranty on all our signs. In case of a problem, we will offer you a suitable solution, such as repair or replacement.
