Can all logos be converted?

Most logos can be converted. Some may require adjustments to be compatible. Share your logo with us and we'll help you get started.

What colors are available?

Our designer will choose colors based on your uploaded logo and what best suits the overall look. You'll see these colors reflected in your quote design. Want a different color? Just let us know! We offer 12 different colors of LED neon: White, Warm White, Pink, Light Pink, Blue, Ice Blue, Turquoise, Green, Red, Orange, Yellow and Purple. Want all the colors? Choose our RGB option, which lets you adjust the color using the included remote control and dimmer. This option is available for an additional 25%.

Can my logo be used outdoors?

Our standard signs are designed for indoor use. For outdoor use, we offer weather-resistant options at an additional cost.

I don't have a logo, can I still request a quote?

Yes, it's possible! To create a neon design, we just need a sketch or a clear description of what you have in mind (you can upload your sketch as a photo). If you don't yet have a concrete idea, contact us, and we'll be happy to brainstorm with you and bring your idea to life.

How much does a custom logo cost?

Prices vary depending on the design, size, and LED length. Designs with text only start at €190. For an accurate quote, please send your logo.

How long will it take to receive my quote?

We aim to provide a design and quote within 6 hours. If you don't see it, please check your spam folder. If you haven't received an email within 24 hours, please contact us!

Are there any fees for the quote and preview?

No, requesting a quote and design preview is completely free and without obligation. We're delighted to bring your neon vision to life.

How can I request a quote for multiple logos?

If you wish to convert multiple logos to neon, please fill out the form for each logo and upload one logo at a time. Do you have several additional logos? Feel free to contact us at contact@lumicorne.com and we will be happy to help you!

What is the production time?

The lead time is 8 to 10 business days from order placement to delivery. Need your neon lighting faster? Contact us during the ordering process, and we will explore expedited delivery options.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes, we offer free shipping on all our neon lights. You'll receive a tracking number and benefit from premium insured delivery, ensuring your order arrives safely and without any worries.

How do I install my sign?

Each neon sign comes with all the necessary hardware and clear instructions. Installation is quick and easy, allowing you to enjoy your sign in no time.

What if I don't want to or can't drill through my wall?

No problem! We offer several alternatives: Ceiling mounting: Upon request, we can provide a suspension system with cables free of charge. Surface mounting: You can simply place your neon sign on a shelf or table. We also offer a freestanding frame as an option. Double-sided adhesive tape: In some cases, you can use 3M ultra-strong double-sided adhesive tape, provided that the surface is smooth and suitable. Need advice on choosing the best option?
