Équipe réactive et à l'écoute de mes besoins.

Ce néon personnalisé était pour le bureau de mon frère qui venais d'ouvrir officiellement son garage. Il à particulièrement apprécié le néon. Celui ci fait d'ailleurs toujours autant réagir depuis la pose dans le bureau. Jusqu'ici pas de problème de baisse d'intensité ou de décollement de led. Je recommande grandement l'équipe, quand à la qualité du travail fourni. Équipe sérieuse avec un suivi de chaque étape. De la création à la réalisation.

Attention toutefois je n'oublie pas que lors de l'uboxing nous nous sommes aperçu avec surprise et légère déception que le support du neon avait été endommagé par endroit (heureusement rien de grave mais quand même) et ceux malgré les nombreuses protections présente dans le colis. J'ai donc fait remonté l'information avec les photos à lumicorne, qui m'a uniquement exprimé sa tristesse et ses regrets, m'expliquant que c'est arrivé pendant le transport.. Plutôt embêtant quand on sait que la somme investit était de presque 500€.

Malgré cela, le résultat est quand même au rendez-vous.

J'suis un vrai fan de sneakers, et j'ai commandé ce néon personnalisé inspiré de mes Nike Air Max 1/97 Sean Wotherspoon préférées. Le résultat est ouf : les couleurs arc-en-ciel jaune, rouge, violet, bleu et blanc sont exactement comme sur mes pompes, avec une luminosité vive mais pas aveuglante. Faut répondre plus vite et livrer plus tôt.

J’ai commandé un néon pour l’anniv de ma soeur. Il était censé arriver en 5 jours, sauf que j’ai rien reçu au bout de 6. J’ai envoyé 5 mails (oui CINQ) parce que personne me répondait un dimanche. Lundi matin, on me répond que c’est le transporteur en retard. Bon ok, mais quand même, pas cool. Le néon est arrivé le mardi, il est beau ok mais moi c’était pour le week-end... bref un peu déçu du service.

je reste un peu amer sur cette expérience.

J’ai commandé un néon pour une soirée pro. Le design était top, rien à dire là-dessus. Mais le transporteur l’a abîmé (fissure sur le plexi), même si ça restait allumable. J’ai contacté Lumicorne, ils m’en ont renvoyé un rapidement, mais le deuxième est arrivé après le jour J, donc trop tard pour mon usage initial. J’aurais apprécié un geste commercial plus conséquent vu les circonstances. Service client poli néenmoins...
