I'm a real sneaker fan, and I ordered this custom neon inspired by my favorite Sean Wotherspoon Nike Air Max 1/97. The result is amazing: the rainbow colors of yellow, red, purple, blue, and white are exactly like on my shoes, with a bright but not blinding brightness. The customization was done to perfection, even the details of the stripes and the swoosh are perfect. Easy to install on the stairs of my room, and it gives a really cool streetwear vibe with my real shoes underneath. Premium quality, no noise, and it consumes little power. Ce néon personnalisé était pour le bureau de mon frère qui venais d'ouvrir officiellement son garage. Il à particulièrement apprécié le néon. Celui ci fait d'ailleurs toujours autant réagir depuis la pose dans le bureau. Jusqu'ici pas de problème de baisse d'intensité ou de décollement de led. Je recommande grandement l'équipe, quand à la qualité du travail fourni. Équipe sérieuse avec un suivi de chaque étape. De la création à la réalisation.

Attention toutefois je n'oublie pas que lors de l'uboxing nous nous sommes aperçu avec surprise et légère déception que le support du neon avait été endommagé par endroit (heureusement rien de grave mais quand même) et ceux malgré les nombreuses protections présente dans le colis. J'ai donc fait remonté l'information avec les photos à lumicorne, qui m'a uniquement exprimé sa tristesse et ses regrets, m'expliquant que c'est arrivé pendant le transport.. Plutôt embêtant quand on sait que la somme investit était de presque 500€.

Malgré cela, le résultat est quand même au rendez-vous.

Je commande mon deuxième néon, après une bonne première expérience, un message de Lumicorne m'indiquant que le livreur a essayé de me livrer et n'as pas réussi alors que jai bien demandé à ce qu'on dépose le colis derriere le portail, étant aller chercher mon fils je n'étais pas au domicile, et malgrès mes demande le colis a du repartir au centre,apres mainte et mainte appels et messages sur les réseaux sociaux j'ai pu savoir quand le néon allait venir et est arrivé presque avec une semaine de retard !!! Donc vraiment déçu du service client et de la livraison qui sont très actif pour vous vendre les néons mais moins pour vous aider à le recevoir.. Une fois installé, il rentre bien dans la collection, et je prendrai peut être un troisieme. Mais un peu plus tard je suis un peu refroidie de Lumicorne......
