What ships with a sign as standard
Every Lumicorne neon arrives complete: a plug-and-play power supply with 3 m of cable, a remote for brightness and effects, and three mounting kits to choose from (through-screws, standoffs for a floating look, chains for hanging in a window without drilling the glass). You do not need to buy anything extra to install your sign.
When to order an accessory
The most common cases: a misplaced remote, a move that calls for a different mounting method than the one you used originally, or an extension when the nearest outlet is further than three meters. Power supplies and remotes are standard parts, replaceable individually.
Under warranty, it is free
A faulty power supply or remote within two years is covered — do not buy anything, message Pablo directly on WhatsApp with a photo and he ships the part. This collection exists for out-of-warranty needs and additional orders.
